this is my personal website. it's a spot to give you basic information about myself, and is a spot where i can highlight my content. i'm a multimedia artist, so this doubles as an informal portfolio. (gallery is a work in progress)
...sea slugs?
my first exposure to sea slugs was learning of the sea bunny (a.k.a, jorunna parva) in 2019. in 2020, i discovered my love for sea slugs through a youtube video called "true facts: freaky nudibranchs", uploaded by ze frank. ever since then, they've been my top favorite animal.
by the way, if you're wondering what a "nudibranch" is, it's a type of sea slug. the word simply means 'naked gills'.
i refer to myself as a "sea slug aficionado". even though i am no marine biologist or smart researcher, i enjoy sitting down and reading studies about sea slugs. i like browsing sites like inaturalist, sea slug world, nudibranch domain, etc. i don't just love the pretty pictures, but i love the science behind them.
